Coach - Manager - Angler. Three components of a  success ... or  a failure. It all depends on how well are organized their interaction within one team.  Is there a win without a dispatcher?  And should the coach himself  run from one to another player? Is it true that athletes and dispatchers  oversee each other? Who and how  determines  the strategy and tactics?

We have tried to organize our  observations and interviews of players of different teams, so you can imagine how much of the preliminary work necessary to prepare a coordinated team, whose players are able to quickly readjust depending on the situation, and at the same time stick to the plan of team work.

Perhaps these observations will be useful to those who are now preparing for the second round of Trout Union Cup - 2015 in Slovakia. Until 18 September is so close ...
